Musical Composition and Performance Bio
George moved to Las Vegas 20 years ago after winning a national competition to write the musical advertising campaign for the city of Las Vegas, titled "Las Vegas, No One Does It Better". Since then, he has created many award winning advertising campaigns, which include the local Las Vegas market as well as regional, national and international campaigns. You've also heard his musical compositions and singing voice on such campaigns as "It's A Good Time, For The Great Taste Of McDonald's" and the "Spirit" campaign for Chevrolet.
George has won many awards for his musical and advertising creations including 9 first place Addy's ( the area advertising equivalent to an Oscar), as well as "Best of Show" for his musical campaign/theme song for the Superbowl of Rodeos -- The National Finals Rodeo. The "Best of Show" award is the highest award given out each year in advertising.
George has since been honored as an Official Goodwill Ambassador for the City of Las Vegas and received the first ever "Arts and Entertainment" Community Achievement Award given by the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce. His nomination for this award came from Nevada Senator, Richard Bryant.
